1. 100% Offline Air-Gapped Inference Mandate
All proprietary genomic sequences, patient-level real-world evidence (RWE), and novel chemical scaffolds ingested into the Ultraceuticals OS are processed strictly within offline, air-gapped compute enclaves. No data is ever transmitted to public LLM APIs, external model providers, or third-party servers.
2. HIPAA & 21 CFR Part 11 Electronic Signature Compliance
In accordance with FDA 21 CFR Part 11 and HIPAA Security Rules (45 CFR Part 160 and Part 164, Subparts A and C), every computational model run, data transformation, and dossier export generates an immutable cryptographically hashed audit trail.
3. Intellectual Property (IP) Sovereignty
All intellectual property generated by client-nominated campaigns - including de novo ligands, engineered biologics, optimized crystal polymorphs, and Freedom-to-Operate briefs - remains 100% the exclusive property of the commissioning partner.
